Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Aryabotic Softwares (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aryabotic Softwares governing your access to and use of our corporate website (aryaboticsoftwares.com), software platforms, APIs, and all published applications, including our audio engineering application, AryaTune (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing our website, downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our website and uninstall our applications.

1. Eligibility & User Representation

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use our Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Intellectual Property Rights & Software License

• Aryabotic Softwares IP: All proprietary source code, audio processing algorithms, digital signal processing (DSP) filters, UI/UX designs, graphic assets, trademarks, brand names ("Aryabotic Softwares", "AryaTune"), and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Aryabotic Softwares.
• Limited End-User License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited personal/commercial license to download, install, and execute our applications on your compatible devices in accordance with these Terms.
• Open Source Licenses: Third-party open-source components bundled with our software (such as libraries under Apache License 2.0) are licensed under their respective open-source licenses, accessible inside the application's Open Source Notices screen.

3. User Content & Audio Ownership

• Full Ownership Retained by You: Aryabotic Softwares claims zero ownership or copyright over any audio files, music tracks, recordings, waveforms, or metadata you import, process, tune, or export using our software. All processed content remains exclusively your property.
• Content Warranty & Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary copyrights, performance licenses, and permissions for any sound recording you import. You agree not to use our tools to infringe on third-party copyrights or create unauthorized unlawful derivatives.

4. Billing, Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

• Payment Processing: All in-app purchases, recurring subscription tiers (e.g., Monthly/Annual Pro), and Lifetime Licenses are processed through the official Google Play Billing Service and are subject to Google Play’s payment rules and taxes.
• Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal: Recurring subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the close of the active billing cycle via your Google Play Account settings.
• One-Time Lifetime Licenses: Lifetime purchases provide permanent access to specified features without recurring subscription charges.
• Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided under the standard Google Play Store refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including:

• Decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, or extracting the core DSP algorithms, binary files, or intellectual property of our software.
• Bypassing, circumventing, or attempting to compromise any licensing validation, anti-piracy, root-detection, or security controls.
• Using the software to produce or distribute deceptive non-consensual deepfake audio, hate speech, or defamatory materials.
• Scraping, launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or disrupting the availability of our website or APIs.

6. Limitation of Liability & "AS-IS" Warranty

Aryabotic Softwares provides all websites, software, and services strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Output Review: Audio rendering quality and hardware compatibility can vary across device architectures. You are solely responsible for verifying the quality and fitness of any exported audio before broadcasting or commercial release.
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aryabotic Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, audio projects, or device downtime resulting from your use or inability to use our Services.

7. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to improve, update, modify, or temporarily discontinue any feature or service with or without prior notice. We may terminate or suspend your license or access immediately if you violate any material provision of these Terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

Aryabotic Softwares reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time. When modifications are published, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of our website or applications after changes take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
