Our software applications operate on a Local-First Architecture:

• On-Device Audio Processing: All audio editing, tuning algorithms, pitch detection, frequency spectrum calculations, and waveform rendering take place entirely in your device's memory/CPU/DSP. Your recordings, projects, and exported media files are never transmitted to our servers or stored in our cloud databases.
• Cloud-Assisted AI Presets (Zero Audio Exposure): When you explicitly use the AI Preset feature in modules such as Equalizer or Speed & Pitch, AryaTune sends only non-personal mathematical parameters (the chosen preset tag, a short sanitized track title snippet, and harmonic bias) to our secure edge worker. Your actual audio files, music tracks, voice recordings, and microphone data are NEVER uploaded, streamed, or exposed to AI models or remote servers. The returned mathematical parameter vector (e.g. EQ decibel values or tempo/pitch ratios) is applied locally on your phone's DSP engine.
• Voluntary Diagnostics: If you initiate a support or bug ticket from within our apps, the software generates a client-side diagnostic report (such as device manufacturer, Android OS build, CPU architecture, memory availability, thermal level, and audio configuration parameters). This data is attached to an email draft and transmitted ONLY when you deliberately choose to hit send.

4. Mobile App Permissions & Safeguards

To deliver professional audio functionality, our apps may request specific Android runtime permissions:

• Storage & Media Audio (READ_MEDIA_AUDIO / Storage): Required solely to open, play, edit, and save your chosen audio files. No unrelated files are accessed.
• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used exclusively to record audio for tuning sessions and live frequency detection. Microphone audio is analyzed in real time on-device and is never recorded covertly or streamed to third parties.
• Nearby Devices (BLUETOOTH_CONNECT / BLUETOOTH_SCAN): Required strictly to discover, connect, and route audio input/output through wireless Bluetooth headphones, DACs, and external audio gear. It is never used for location tracking or device fingerprinting.
• System Settings (WRITE_SETTINGS): Used only when you explicitly ask the app to set an edited sound as your phone's Ringtone, Notification Tone, or Alarm.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to notify you when long-running audio rendering/export jobs finish or if a background task encounters an error.

5. Financial Transactions & In-App Purchases

All commercial transactions, premium subscriptions, and Lifetime Licenses for our applications are processed securely via the Google Play Billing Service.

• Zero Financial Storage: Aryabotic Softwares never receives, processes, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, bank credentials, or physical billing addresses.
• Third-Party Processing: All purchases are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and refund policies.

6. Third-Party Service Providers & SDKs

We partner with vetted industry-standard infrastructure providers to ensure application reliability and support non-intrusive advertising in free tiers:

• AI Engine Partners (Google Gemini 3.5 & OpenAI GPT-5.4): Powers the secure edge worker that calculates 1-tap AI Preset parameter vectors. Requests are cryptographically authenticated using HMAC-SHA256. Zero audio files or voice data are ever sent to these services; only non-identifying preset tags and title snippets are processed in real time without training data retention.
• Google AdMob & Certified Mediation Partners: Serves contextual and non-intrusive advertisements. AdMob operates real-time bidding and waterfall mediation with certified third-party ad networks, including Liftoff Monetize (Vungle) (Liftoff Privacy Policy) and ironSource (LevelPlay) (ironSource Privacy Policy). These partners may process anonymized device identifiers, advertising IDs (AAID), coarse location/IP data, and ad interaction metrics in accordance with their privacy policies and your explicit consent choices managed via our Google UMP Consent dialog.
